Anyone who wishes to shoot, train, or spectate at this facility, whether using his or her own firearms, rental firearms or no firearms, rental vehicles, his or her own vehicle or no vehicle must COMPLETELY fill out this form. All information will be kept strictly confidential and is for the sole use of the National Wild Turkey Federation, the National Wild Turkey Federation’s affiliated corporate entities ("NWTF"), the Palmetto Shooting Complex, and/or its/their sponsoring event partner, if any, to properly identify the user/ participant/ spectator. This is being done to insure the safety of all range, vehicle or property users/ participants/ spectators.
